Daniel - Bee YogaDaniel began practicing Yoga around 6 years ago when he was serving in the British Army as part of the Parachute Regiment. It was a great tool to help maintain his physical and spiritual health whilst going through the intense physicality that the military role entailed. Over the last 6 years Daniel has delved deeper into the varied practices that come under the umbrella of Yoga, and in 2017 he travelled to India to complete his Yoga Teacher Training in the Ashtanga Yoga. Since then he has completed a number of other Yoga courses/qualifications, most notably a yearlong foundation course in the Gitananda tradition with Kalavthi George at OM yoga studio in Cardiff and a 200hr teacher training in the Yoga Synergy method with Simon Borg-Oliver in India. Daniel also incorporates a broader spectrum of human movement into his practice which led him to studied with movement expert Ido Portal.

Emma - Bee YogaI am extremely passionate about yoga and feel bless to be able to teach full time. 8 years ago I attended a pregnancy yoga class and I was hooked. I established a home practice and never looked back.

Since then I’ve practice lots of different styles. Yoga has changed my life! Yoga has taught me to focus on the here and now, helped me stress less and stay grounded.

Apart from the usual benefits of yoga, my wish is that my classes bring you peace of body and mind…my ultimate goal is that all my students go away from class loving themselves and yoga a little big more each time.

The light in me honours the light in you… Namaste.

I teach with an emphasis on working with the breath, creative sequencing and dynamic, functional movement using sound anatomical cues. My practice and teaching moves between strong and challenging to gentle and restorative. I also work with philosophy, pranayama and meditation. There are many ancient layers of Yoga which are applicable and more relevant to modern day living than ever.

Through my experience of transformation through Yoga, I teach and empower people in a fun and non-dogmatic way. I bring my with it own experience to build strong bodies and minds, using techniques based upon strong scientific, experiential and philosophical principles. To strengthen from within. To enable people to navigate through the challenges of life with a greater sense of purpose and ease, contentment and joy. Helping others tap into their own Inner Warrior.
